1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReviewX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
2. Description of Service
ReviewX is a SaaS platform that enables hospitality businesses to aggregate, analyse, and monitor guest reviews from supported third-party platforms including Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, OpenTable, and Trip.com. The Service includes:
- —Profile management for multiple properties across supported review platforms.
- —Automated review retrieval ("crawl jobs") that fetch publicly available review data and store it in your account.
- —A searchable, filterable review document library accessible via dashboard.
- —An analytics and metrics layer summarising rating trends and review volume.
- —API access for programmatic integration (where included in your plan).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for:
- —Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- —All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- —Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account concurrently. Each user requires their own account.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, you may not use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity, abuse platform rate limits, scrape competitor services, or violate the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
Your data: You retain full ownership of the review data and property information you store through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant GCentrix a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.
Our platform: GCentrix owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including the software, algorithms, trademarks, documentation, and aggregated analytics models. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of platform IP to you.
Review data retrieved from third-party platforms is the property of the respective platform and its reviewers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such data complies with the third-party platform's terms of service.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription plans and pricing are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing:
- —You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
- —All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
- —Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- —We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- —If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to the Service after a grace period of 7 days.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination:
- —Your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period (if you terminate) or immediately (if we terminate for cause).
- —We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security or legal risk.
- —Upon termination you may export your data. We will retain it for 90 days per our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall GCentrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GCentrix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
