Do I need a technical background to use ReviewX?
Not at all. ReviewX is designed for hoteliers, not engineers. If you can paste a URL and click a button, you have everything you need to get started. The most technical thing you'll do is copy a link from your property page.
How long does the first crawl take?
Most properties complete their first crawl in under two minutes, even with hundreds of historical reviews. Subsequent crawls — which only collect new reviews since the last run — are typically much faster.
Can I crawl the same property on multiple platforms?
Yes. You can create a separate profile for each platform listing. For example, one profile for your Booking.com listing, one for your Google listing, and so on. All profiles appear in the same dashboard and their reviews are searchable together.
