Acceptable Use Policy

Scraping or mirroring competitor services

Using ReviewX infrastructure, API access, or crawl capabilities to retrieve data from platforms not in our supported list, or to build a competing review aggregation product without our written consent.

Spam and unsolicited communications

Using review author data or contact information retrieved via the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails, SMS messages, or other marketing communications without the recipient's explicit consent. This includes review response spam.

Illegal or harmful content

Uploading, transmitting, or storing unlawful content, including material that infringes intellectual property rights, constitutes defamation, incites hatred, or violates applicable privacy laws.

Account sharing and multi-user abuse

Sharing a single account among multiple individuals, reselling account access to third parties, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits. Each active user requires their own licensed account.

Reverse engineering or circumventing security

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform. Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or access controls is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent or misleading use

Using the Service to manipulate review data, fabricate review responses, or misrepresent review metrics to third parties (e.g., investors, auditors, guests).

Excessive or abusive API calls

Making API requests at a rate that disrupts service for other users, or deliberately triggering crawl jobs in a manner designed to circumvent data volume limits associated with your subscription tier.

Data aggregation for surveillance or profiling

Using retrieved review author data to build profiles of individuals, to track individuals across platforms, or for any purpose incompatible with the original intent of the review publication.
